Can a reasonable man believe?

Can a reasonable man believe that something from outside a normally closed system can enter that system and interact with elements within it?

No? Can a man put a rat in a maze where there is only one exit for the rat? Can that man then make it so one possible route to that exit is closed to the rat so he must take another route?

Just as ants in an ant farm know little or nothing about a the boy who owns the ant farm, unless the boy interacts with his ants, so too is the case for man knowing little or nothing of God unless God chooses to interact with His creation.

If it is possible for a man to interact with a normally closed system, then it is possible for God to interact with his creation.

Thankfully, God has made it possible for us to leave the normally closed system and reside with Him – we must believe God exists and that He rewards people who seek him (Heb 11:6) we must repent, turn to God through faith in Christ and deeds appropriate to repentance (Acts 26:20).

Even more thankfully, it is God who works in us to have that faith which engenders those deeds (Ezekiel 11:17, 36:26; Ephesians 2:10; Philippians 2:13).
